• Customer commitments.

The customer is solely responsible for the content of the information communicated to Bemixte when registering.
The customer ensures that he is free from any matrimonial commitment.
The client informs the services of the Bemixte agency of any change in situation (in connection with his union project) concerning him.
The customer ensures that the data communicated corresponds to the truth and describes it personally. The contracting parties agree that Bemixte systematically verifies by requesting a copy of the valid identity card or passport, the accuracy of the identification data communicated.
The customer agrees not to register on Bemixte with the intention of entering into a marriage for purposes other than common life (unauthorized reasons: residence permit, accommodation, nationality).

The customer may not under any circumstances:
- deliberately communicate as their own the data of third parties (including e-mail address).
- provide others with access to personal data, in particular names, telephone numbers, postal addresses, e-mail addresses, photo and video files, without the approval of their owners.
- disseminate content or information that is defamatory, indecent or improper, threatening or even illegal.

The customer undertakes to exonerate Bemixte from all complaints, damages, losses or claims that may result from his registration and / or his participation in the services, provided that such damage or damage is not caused by willful misconduct or particularly serious negligence of Bemixte and its legal representatives.
The customer accepts that his personal information makes it possible to process his personal assessment as quickly as possible and the pre-selection of compatible profiles, in order to offer him all the services for which he has just registered as quickly as possible.

On the Internet, no one can prevent the copying by Internet users of texts and photos. This is why, on Bemixte.fr, they will always be respectful of decorum and will include the name of the company. When the client's photo is published, no personal contact details will appear.

The client certifies to be at least 18 years old, to be free from any commitment to marital life, and to live alone.

The customer undertakes to observe a respectful behavior, to follow the confidentiality clauses of the people who are presented to him, not to publish on the net their contact details and photos.

Any breach of the rules listed above will result in the termination of the contract without any compensation and will be subject to possible legal proceedings.

• Commitments of the Bemixte agency

Confidentiality
The information collected is subject to computer processing intended to provide the services corresponding to the packages or boxes chosen by the customer.
The recipients of the data are:
- the Bemixte agency for information relating to the verification of the identity of the customer profile. Copies of identity cards or passports, professional or home documents remain strictly protected by the confidentiality of our services.
- the people / profiles that the agency puts in contact with the client.
(After the 14-day period and the payment of fees, the following customer information is communicated to the people / profiles: names, first names, age, place of life, family situation, email and / or telephone number, photos and presentation text ).

The customer may also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning him.
Finally, the data entrusted to Agence Bemixte is not communicated to any other company.

• payment methods

The agency accepts payment by check and bank transfer payable to "Nadine LAPIERRE - Agence BEMIXTE".

• Withdrawal period
  

The customer benefits from a period of 14 days during which he has the possibility to renounce the purchase of a Bemixte.fr service. The Bemixte Agency will reimburse it in full within fifteen days by bank transfer after providing its RIB.

Regarding the purchase of a BOX TRAVEL, the customer buys an organization of his meeting in a place sometimes far from the place of domicile of the company Bemixte.fr (LYON - France). To perform the service, the company Bemixte.fr incurs costs, in particular transport costs which may be significant.

If the purchase of the stay support service takes place:
- less than two months before the meeting in an African country,
- less than a month before the meeting in a European country,
- less than fifteen days before the meeting in French territory outside the DOM TOM and Corsica,
the customer no longer benefits from the withdrawal period from the date and time of purchase by the company Bemixte.fr of the transport ticket (plane ticket, SNCF ticket) essential to the Bemixte.fr agency to obtain return to the place provided and to perform the service ordered by the customer.
The Bemixte.fr agency undertakes to communicate the date of purchase of these tickets in advance, so that the customer can knowingly make his decision to terminate or not.

The accompanying person undertakes to facilitate the client's stay in the city or country of the meeting. On arrival in a foreign country, the guide gives the client their personal telephone number. As such, she is available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day to answer the phone and to undertake, as far as possible, any action responding to the customer's request, of course within the framework of the written and approved services.

At least every two days, the guide asks the customer to take stock of the progress of his stay.

The customer is responsible for his arrival at the time scheduled for boarding at the airport, whether for departure or arrival. The customer must comply exclusively with the information and instructions of your airline company and follow the procedures at all points (timetables, boarding, luggage, etc.). The customer is responsible for his personal documents (passports, visas, plane tickets, vaccination record ...).

The customer is required to fully respect the laws of the countries where he stays.
The client takes all necessary measures to prevent sexually transmitted diseases.
The client undertakes to show a respectful attitude towards people and goods. Any breach will immediately end the TRAVEL service and the accompanying person will be released from the terms of the contract signed between the client and Agence Bemixte.

• Major force

The Bemixte.fr agency is not responsible for the non-performance of any obligation under an order or the purchase of services, if this non-performance results from a case of force majeure; that is to say linked to any unforeseeable and insurmountable event beyond the control of the Agency and making it impossible to fulfill the obligations of these Conditions of Sale.

• Applicable law

These Conditions of Sale are subject to French law, without prejudice to the application of the mandatory provisions of the law of the buyer's place of residence.

• Interruption of stay

Any interrupted or shortened stay or any service not consumed by the customer will not give the right to any refund. If the customer has taken out insurance covering in particular the interruption of stay, he must comply with the cancellation terms appearing in the conditions of his insurance.

• Suspension of services

The customer is free to request the temporary interruption of services and benefits for personal reasons. No compensation can be claimed by the parties involved. Services and benefits resume after the interruption period on simple written request. Beyond an interruption of two years, the client's file is definitively closed without any compensation being granted to said client.

• Termination of the contract

The marriage brokerage contract can be terminated at any time by the client.
In the event of termination of the contract for a legitimate reason provided for in I of article 6 of the aforementioned law of 23 June 1989, the price initially agreed is reduced in proportion, respectively, to the duration of the contract run and that which remains to run. .
Termination must be requested by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt accompanied by the justification of the legitimate reason invoked.
The sums paid in addition to the price determined as above will be reimbursed by Agence Bemixte within two months of receipt of the registered letter provided for in the above paragraph.
In addition, Agence Bemixte allows termination for personal, confidential reasons without supporting documents. In this case, the customer will be reimbursed up to 25% of the amount invoiced after deduction of the costs incurred by the agency.

The marriage brokerage contract can be terminated at any time by the agency in the event of non-compliance by the client with confidentiality commitments, disrespectful behavior, non-compliance with the confidentiality clauses of the persons presented to it, a publication on the net of the coordinates and photos of these.
Any breach of the rules listed above will result in termination of the contract without any compensation.

• Acceptance of sales conditions

When the customer subscribes to a Bemixte.fr contract and service, he acknowledges and guarantees that he has the capacity to contract it under the conditions described in the Conditions of Sale; that is to say :
- have the legal majority,
- not be under tutorship or curatorship.
When the client clicks on the "Send the form" button, on the PAYPAL payment button of a Bemixte web page, of a PAYPAL payment interface for a Bemixte service, and / or signs a Bemixte marriage brokerage contract, he acknowledges having read and accepted the Conditions of Sale on its behalf.
